Weight Loss Meditation | Lose Emotional Baggage = Reduced Body Fat

Hello and welcome to Third IQ weight loss session.
Many meditations and hypnosis recordings dive in and assume you are already in the correct mindset to achieve anything. This may be true of many situations but I have always found a chat prior to the mediation session increases your chances of success ten-fold.
In this session, I will be briefly talking about weight loss, or more to the point, weight gain. Our natural tendency to use food as a comforting anchor or as a protective shield. which I will cover in a moment.

If you wish to jump straight to the session, by all means, do so. But I think you may find value in the underlying roots of many weight challenges people face and therefore increase your chances of success by a huge factor.

You have of course got to be willing to make the effort, since no external force can actually force you to do anything, you have and always will have free will but that is not to say I cannot help and support what you wish to do, what changes you wish to make…

So if you want to improve your life, if you wish to remove the burden of weight then the biggest secret to that success is waiting for you on the other side of this introduction…

Once you know why you put on weight, it is much easier to remove it, you’re not losing weight, your removing burdens…
