Intro Video 1:
This introduces you to the steps to come and covers the first stage of your journey towards a new you. You will cover the reasons why past goals were not hit, we cover what changes you can make and lastly there are practical things you will be asked to do in-between each video.
Intro Video 2:
Your next step calls for the introduction of timeline self-coaching. You will be taken through the process of creating, moving and adjusting events on your timeline to better suit the future you want.
You will also have the opportunity to start to make contact with resources within you most people have forgotten about. These resources will help you become someone you can be proud of and yes, more homework between steps.
Intro Video 3:
You will be taken though the same training as leadership managers for this stage. Many think an action plan is something we create in the workplace because we have to. The power of putting things on paper, the sight of a calculated approach to the future and the ability to scale down your action plan so you cannot fail as you move towards your new goals. An action plan is included in your workbook for you to print as many times as you wish.
Intro Video 4:
The secret to many successful people is their ability to challenge their own internal thoughts and feelings. The ability to disassociate yourself from limiting thoughts is critical in forming the mindset of the new you.
No need to worry if you can do this, I take you through a simple approach so it becomes natural to take a mental step-back and assess your ideas with emotional intelligence.
Intro Video 5:
The final part of the picture is the ability to check you have hit the goal you set yourself. I explain the importance of knowing what you have done, rather than what you did not.
It introduces you to the three question assessment which you can use in every area of your life to maintain your self-coaching on auto-pilot. Upon completion of the five episodes and quoting the number on the bottom of the back page of your workbook, we will send you your certificate of completion.
This is not a course you complete and then forget. This is designed to train you over time and it is recommended you run through this course a few times because I can promise you…Each time you do, more and more information will make itself known.
